Since we are now able to get into dllcache lets try to understand whats inside. dllcache as the name indicates is simply a cache for all the important dll files and other system files of windows. then you can restore the original from dllcache. This can be done either by copy pasting the necessary files from the folder or by using another Windows utility. The utility is system file checker. It can be accessed by going to command prompt (WIN+R >> "cmd") and typing sfc there are many commandline switches available for sfc

Syntax :
sfc [/scannow] [/scanonce] [/scanboot] [/revert] [/purgecache] [/cachesize=x]
Parameters
/scannow : Scans all protected system files immediately.
/scanonce : Scans all protected system files once.
/scanboot : Scans all protected system files every time the computer is restarted.
/revert : Returns the scan to its default operation.
/purgecache : Purges the Windows File Protection file cache and scans all protected system files immediately.
/cachesize=x : Sets the size, in MB, of the Windows File Protection file cache.
/? : Displays help at the command prompt.
